He sets out three beliefs the Shia rest upon and argues that each one goes against the Quran and the hadith. The first is that Ali was the first caliph, though he was thirty-three at the time while Abu Bakr was sixty-one and the more experienced; the second is that they exclude the Prophet's wives from the Ahl al-Bayt and even speak ill of them, when they belong to it first of all; and the third is that they weep bitterly over the martyrdom of Husayn, when no Sunni killed him and it was the Shia themselves who did so at Karbala.
شیعہ تین عقیدوں پر ٹکے ہوئے ہیں۔اور تینوں عقیدے ایت اور حدیث کے خلاف ہیں۔ پہلا عقیدہ۔حضرت علی رض پہلے خلیفہ ہیں۔حال انکہ انکی عمر 33سال تھی ۔اور حضرت ابو بکر رض کی عمر 61سال تھی اور ان کو تجربہ بھی زیادہ تھا دوسرا وہ حضور ص کی بیویوں کو اہل بیت سے نکالتے ہیں ۔بلکہ ان کو برا بھلا کہتے ہیں۔جبکہ وہ اہل بیت میں پہلے داخل ہیں تیسرا کہ حضرت حسین رض کی شہادت پر بہت روتے ہیں۔حال انکہ ان کو کسی سنی نے شہید نہیں کیا ہے۔شیعہ نہی نے میدان کربلا میں شہید کیا ہے۔ثمیر الدین قاسمی
