How to Live in a Secure and Peaceful Country is an English edition of forty-five points on peaceful Muslim life in Britain and the West, translated by Mufti Amjad M Mohammed.
The English edition for Britain and the West, translated and edited by Mufti Amjad M Mohammed. It preserves the Urdu edition’s forty-five-point structure and presents the work as a study of how Muslims can integrate and coexist peacefully in non-Muslim lands on the basis of the Qur’an and hadith.
Its subjects include justice and tolerance in daily dealings, obedience to the law, taxes, public marches, visiting the ill, funerals and religious festivals. It also states the limits plainly: conspiracy against a non-Muslim government, attacking public places, killing an innocent person and abusing another religion or its leaders are forbidden.
